Frequently Asked Questions
How would you describe the menu at Pine Street Grill?
Timeless American food made with care. We offer thoughtfully prepared classics such as matzah ball soup, spinach artichoke dip, Greek salad, and rotisserie chicken. Unfussy food that's tasty and nostalgic, never complicated for the sake of it.
Do you offer brunch on the weekends?
We are currently focused on dinner but we do plan to begin brunch service on the weekends in the coming months.
What is your happy hour?
We offer happy hour from 4 to 6pm on weekdays. Our current happy hour menu is available here. We also feature a PSG late-night burger and beer special (any draft beer + PSG burger for $20) from 9:30 to 10:30pm nightly.
Do you take reservations?
Half of our dining room is available to book via OpenTable for parties of 1 to 6. We save the other half of the dining room nightly for walk-ins. Guests are able to book reservations one month out (30 days in advance) at 9am ET daily.
How about walk-ins?
Yes. We open at 4pm daily and keep half of our seats available for walk-ins. These seats include all of the bar seats and any cancellations or no-shows. Once our initial 24 seats are sat, we maintain a first come, first serve waitlist and text parties once we have availability.
Please keep in mind that our dining room is small and once those initial seats are filled at 4pm, we will only begin contacting names on the waitlist when those parties begin to finish their meals. We do our absolute best to provide an accurate estimate on when availability will open up and allot 15 minutes for guests to return to the restaurant once their names are called.
Do you accommodate private dining?
Yes, Pine Street Grill is available for full buyouts during brunch and dinner services. We also have a variety of semi-private and private dining options at our restaurants My Loup and Her Place Supper Club. For more information, please email hi@libbielouphospitality.com.
Does Pine Street Grill offer an a la carte menu?
Yes. Pine Street Grill offers an a la carte menu throughout the restaurant.
What is your cancellation policy for reservations?
Pine Street Grill accepts reservations for up to 6 guests. Parties of 6 will require a credit card hold in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Guests will see a link to modify or cancel their reservation until 24 hours before the reservation. Should a guest cancel within that 24 hour window, they will incur a $20/per person fee (at our discretion, of course).
If I’m running late for a reservation or need to make a last minute change, how do I get in touch?
Please alert our team to any delays or issues with your reservation via OpenTable. If you are more than 20 minutes late and have not contacted the restaurant we may give the table to another party.
Do you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?
Yes. Please alert your server to any special dietary needs you have.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards specific to Pine Street Grill.
Should we count children in the reservation party size?
We love children and babies at Pine Street! In order to best accommodate your reservation, please include any children that require a high chair in the total party size when booking.
